Andrea has been working at Full Face Orthodontics for many years; prior to coming to Australia, she was working as a Chemical Engineer in Colombia.
​
She joined our team after being in the hospitality industry. Andrea loves interaction with a variety of people, and in accordance with this, she has acquired valuable skills in both administrative and customer service areas.
​
Andrea is a people person and loves to have a good chat and a laugh. Her kind personality suits our practice perfectly. She has excellent communication skills and with her warm and friendly nature will make you feel very welcome. Andrea also speaks Spanish and Italian.

Chi Ho

Chi has been working with Full Face Orthodontics for over 10 years. She has an excellent knowledge on orthodontics and is known for her welcoming personality.

Chi enjoys being part of our patients’ journey to healthier and brighter smiles. Chi always goes out of her way to ensure that everyone has a positive experience at Full Face Orthodontics.

Chi previously worked as a childcare teacher in which she gained valuable communication and leadership skills.
​
In her free time, Chi enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two young children.

Natalia Hong
(Practice Manager for Neutral Bay)

Natalia is a Korean Brazilian who was born and raised in Brazil. She attended an American school until year 12 and successfully got into dental school. She graduated as a dentist from the University of São Paulo, Brazil and completed her orthodontic study at Sociedade Paulista de Ortodontia, Brazil.
​
Natalia moved to Sydney a few years ago and has since been working at Full Face Orthodontics. Natalia is very experienced in working with children. Her friendly personality and previous orthodontic training make her an asset to the Full Face Orthodontics team.
​
In her spare time, Natalia plays volleyball and enjoys catching up with friends at cafes.

Kathy Karagiannis
(Practice Manager for Miranda)

Kathy has been at Full Face Orthodontics for 10 years, and worked as a dental assistant since leaving school and prior to joining Full Face Orthodontics managed a previous orthodontic team for 15 years. She is an all-rounder, at reception, as secretary preparing the written reports, controlling inventory and most managerial tasks.
​
Having gone to school in Sydney, Kathy had heart set in the dentistry field and trained as a dental assistant. She was soon uprooted to the South Australian country where she raised her 3 children.
​
Working in a constantly evolving practice, with new technology in the surgery Kathy is always learning new things to help make orthodontic treatment easier and faster for our patients. Being trained and keeping up-to-date with orthodontics means Kathy is constantly seeking more knowledge and striving to attain the best possible for our patients.

Most weekends, are spent with her grandchildren and volunteer work and attending nursing home her mother is in.
